Established in 2003 as a response to the urgent needs of high-end luxury travelers near and far, after more than 7 years of continued developments, Vietnamstay.com has developed from a small-sized booking agency to become one of the most respected full-service tour operators in Indochina.
We are very proud of bringing a fresh and innovative approach to the organization of private tours in Indochina and Thailand. Furthermore, local people are living below the poverty line while their space is being occupied by seemingly wealthy tourists.
As a part of our philosophy, and our commitment to responsible travel, we are joining hands with the local people to help them improve their own lives. Over the years we have joined the local authorities to preserve the environment of Vietnam, as well as improving the living conditions of the hill tribal residents. Aurora Travel is proud of having a team of highly effective and proactive staff and guides. We are well-educated, well-trained, high performing and high achieving. In the back office we have a team of multilingual speaking staff: English, Spanish, French and in the front we have qualified foreign-language speaking tour guides, which include English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Chinese (Mandarin), and Thai …

We are all local residents of Indochina who have profound knowledge about the area we are living in. We have many years of work experience as guides and operators in Indochina. We are fully aware of our travelers’ needs and what we need to do in order to best meet these needs.

We are all customer service-oriented, quality focused and detail attentive. We can totally rest assured that you are taken care of by the most effective and diligent staff in Indochina. We have long been characterized by our high sense of enthusiasm and responsibility!

The story started with one time I travel down a river where you can see the real life of aquarium and the beauty of nature along… I have been thinking of a green world and urged my mind with a responsible action to the unique green living beside encouraging people to do so… To be an operator in tourism, we noted that, it is deeply to act and take part in protect the environments around.

At Aurora Travel, sustainable and responsible have always been parts of our main vocabulary. At the beginning, we just want to warn, act and use the green suppliers, take part in the green activities and transmit the correspondence of the green travel to visitors. We're utterly convinced of the incredible importance of travel. It's only through travelling, through meeting people that we begin to understand that we're all sharing this world. We are all coming along for the ride, despite the barriers which governments, religions and economic and political beliefs often seem to build up between us.
