Dear Mr. Pham Tuyen,
The Wilson family from Australia would like to thank you very much
for the wonderful life experience we had in Vietnam. It was an
exciting and interesting tour from South, Central to North.
Aurora Travel ensured that we didn’t have to worry about flights,
picks-ups, hotel accommodation, not even the meals! Everything ran
smoothly and all three drivers and tour guides were friendly,
informative, reliable, thoughtful and most of all we enjoyed their
company and knowledge.
Nothing seemed too much trouble for our guides who were always eager
to please. A real added bonus, which is hard to appreciate until you
are travelling in Vietnam, our guides regularly had a cold bottled
water drink for us all, it always seemed to be when you needed it
most! The driver was thoughtful of restroom stops on longer trips,
and didn’t mind stopping for photo opportunities, especially as two
of us four are keen photographers.
Your flexibility on the tour was terrific, especially as you
organised an overnight stay on “Emotion Boat” on Halong Bay, as this
was truly everyone’s highlight of the holiday.
I would have no hesitation in recommending our family and friends
use your service and we hope they do, we wish everyone can have the
Vietnam experience we did.
Yours Sincerely, Narelle, Rowan, Luke & Max Wilson.

Dear Mr Dinh Bach
I am writing to say thank you for a most wonderful trip to Vietnam.
All your arrangements worked very well indeed, and Mr Thanh, our
driver, was excellent.
I would like to say a special thank you to everyone in your office
and, most particularly the crew of the Mekong Eyes, for the safe
return of my husband's i-pod and headphones, which he left on the
cruise ship. We are very grateful to Paul and his crew.
Thank you again. I have no hesitation in recommending you and I
shall write a review on Trip Advisor saying so.
Best regards

Dear Ms Lisa,
Many thanks for your concern. I can confirm that we had a safe trip
home and there were no other problems apart from the slight delay to
the HCMC flight on Tuesday.
As I mentioned to you on the telephone, we were very pleased with
our Ha Long Bay trip and it was better than we expected. One of the
things we particularly liked was the seating arrangement for meals
on the boat. On a similar trip in Bangkok on the Chaya Priya River
we experienced communal seating, which was not as pleasant, as we
did not enjoy eating in the company of strangers. The arrangement on
the Bhaya was much better and we felt much more relaxed eating in
our own group.
We were also impressed with the standard of the food on the boat.
The meals were well presented and the serving staff were friendly
and efficient. There were actually more meals than we expected, as
we thought there was only breakfast on the second day. The brunch
after the walk through the caves was very welcome!
We were also happy with our driver. Although there were some delays
on the first day, they were not his fault and he was very
apologetic.
All in all we were very pleased with the tour and will recommend it
to friends. From the initial online booking to the final trip to the
airport we felt we were in good hands. The fact that you alerted us
to the cancellation of our connecting flight (which was not your
responsibility) was particularly impressive.
Many thanks for making our trip such a pleasant and memorable one.
Best regards

Dear Bach,
My partner and I had a great time in Vietnam and we had a
particularly good time in Sapa.
We were grateful to be met by Victoria Express staff at the train
and the train carriage and accommodation were excellent. The
transits to and from Sapa were efficient and without fuss. The hotel
in Sapa and the provision of information on Sapa (map and eating
places) were terrific and very useful.
And, our guide in Sapa was informative, intelligent, friendly,
accommodating and generous: we value the time he spent with us.
Finally, I can only hope that we can again travel with Aurora
Travel.
Thank you and best wishes,
Rachel Young

Hi Vicky,
I cant thank you enough for such a fantastic holiday in Vietnam.
From start to finish you handled everything with excellent service
and professionalism.
There would not be one part of the trip we could fault. The guides
and drivers were all wonderful people with such insight and
knowledge of your country.
They were respectful, always on time, very well dressed and took
very good care of us. We felt completely safe and appreciated the
superb attention your staff gave us whilst traveling.
Your choices for our accommodation was first class and the visits to
attractions very informative. It gave us such a wealth of knowledge
and experience in your beautiful country.
It was very hard for us to say goodbye to Vietnam. We will
definitely be coming back in the future when we next get the
opportunity to travel.
I highly recommend Aurora Travel - Vietnamstay.com to anyone who intends
visiting Vietnam.

Dear Mr. Pham Tuyen,
Thank you for your patience and effort in organizing our recent trip
to Cambodia. We had a fantastic time and have come home with some
great memories. Once again Aurora Travel has lived up to our
expectations and we have no hesitation in recommending your company.
Our hotel was very nice and centrally located. Our guide Mr. Ek
Vibol was exceptional, very knowledgeable, courteous and punctual,
going beyond the itinerary to suit our needs, we highly recommend
him as a guide for any future clients you may have.
We look forward to contacting you again for our tour needs when we
next visit Vietnam/Cambodia.

Dear Vicky,
I just wanted to tell you about the great time we had on the tour of Angkor. The
hotel was lovely and they couldn't do enough for us.I was sick on the last day
there and they were so kind to let me sleep in the room til it was time to go to
the airport.
The driver and tour guide we had were great. Our guide knew so much on all the
temples he took us too and nothing was to much for us. He was always on time and
very polite. They would always open the doors for us and I think it is the
little things that people do that make the trip such a happy one.
I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants to go to Cambodia.
Thank you once again

THE HIGHLIGHT FOR US WAS HALONG BAY WITH THE EMERALD CRUISE: JUST PERFECT!!!
EVEN THE PRIVATE PACKAGE AROUND IT IS EXCELLENT.
SAPA IS WONDERFUL BUT NOT THE HOTEL WE STAYED AT, I BELIEVE THE VICTORIA IS
FAR BETTER...
THE TRAIN RIDE IS QUIET AN EXPERIENCE.
THE IDEA OF TAKING A HOTEL FOR EARLY MORNING ARRIVAL FROM SAPA IS EXCELLENT
IDEA.
HANOI ITSELF IS JUST FINE.
SAIGON IS VERY ENJOYABLE, AND VERY INTERESTING .THE GRAND HOTEL IS PERFECT,
EXELLENT VALUE FOR ITS PRICE AND EXCEPTIONALLY WELL LOCATED.
HOI AN IS A MUST!! THE HOTEL WE STAYED IN IS PERFECT. THE STREETS...THE OLD
HOUSES...THE SHOPPING...THE LITTLE RESTAURANTS AND CAFES...THE ATMOSPHERE...
THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE MEKONG VALEY IS THE EARLY MORNING FLOATING MARKET AND
THE VICTORIA HOTEL.
THE TOUR AT THE "LOCAL" FACTORIES IS JUST FINE.
THE DALAT SAIGON HOTEL IS AN EXCELLENT VALUE. THE LOVE VALLEY IS VERY NICE.
VIETNAM AIRWAYS IS A VERY GOOD AIRLINE. PUNCTUAL AND GOOD SERVICE.
WE ENJOYED A LOT VIETNAMESE FOOD AND SERVICE AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED.
ALL THE LOCAL GUIDES HAD GOOD ENGLISH AND WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND
KNOWLEDGEABLE ...EXCELLENT SERVICE...

Dear Vicky
Thank you so much for organising our truly wonderful holiday in Vietnam. All the
tour guides and arrangements were superb.
Obviously there were a few elements that were not popular, namely the rooms at
the hotel in Hoi An, but the location and staff were perfect. We would have
preferred the guide in Hanoi to help us through the chaos of the airport
check-in just as Lan had done for us in Hue. We asked if he had other tourists
to meet but he said no, but still he just dropped us and left. We also felt that
the Hanoi guide could have been more helpful in giving city tour information,
especially how to hire and pay a taxi or join an organised tour. That said, Thai
and Lan were so kind and generous with their time and their expert knowledge of
the sites we visited, they made the trip memorable in so many ways.
At a later date, we hope to catch up with the Sa Pa element of the trip and
would like to see more of Hanoi and will contact you again.
Once more thank you for giving us the opportunity to learn and experience
something of Vietnam, it was a real honour and privilege and our thoughts will
continue to be filled with numerous vistas and images of your beautiful country.
Thank you.
Kind regards
