Dear Giang,
We had a great time in Vietnam, and were very satisfied with
your reliable and efficient service. We thought that Vietnam was
wonderful with beautiful scenery, exciting cities and warm and
friendly people. All the hotels we stayed at, The Sheraton
Saigon, The Victoria Spa in Sapa and The Salute in Hanoi were
excellent. The small and intimate Salute won a special place in
our hearts because of the charm, kindness and professionalism of
its staff, the spaciousness of our family room and the hotel's
location so near the lake and the hustle and bustle of the
market. We also very much enjoyed Vietnamese cuisine and had many
memorable meals. The day tours we took were also of the highest
standard. We hope your country continues to grow and prosper and
we will try and visit it again soon.. Thanks again for helping us
and I will send you my article on Vietnam
as soon as its ready.

Xin Chào!
I would like to express to all your team of Vietnamstay.com
& Vianatranet for all your kind assistance given to me with
the hotel bookings, trip to Halong Bay, water puppets theatre
tickets, visas for entry, train Tickets, and in general for
all the care and professionalism.
My friends and I were really impress for your pleasant
treatment and care when we arrived to Hanoi and at our
returned from Halong Bay.
The service and the hotels we have stayed has been
excellent and very friendly.
I would like to remark that the whole trip to Halong Bay and our
stay in Hotel Princess in Cat Ba will be an unforgetable experience, as apart from the beautiful and incredible scenery
of Halong Bay, we think the organization of the trip,
the tour guide, the friendly staff and the excellent food in
hotel Princess, the row kayak experience with the surprise of
that wonderful meal on board so nicely presented by
the staff of the boat.. again the nice meal at the restaurant in
Ha Long.......... really made that this trip had been
one of the most pleasant and beautiful memories of our
holidays.
Hopefully I will come back again to Vietnam, as I
think it is a marvellous country with a lot of nice places
to see and discover with more time.
I will take any chance to recommend your company when
friends think of traveling to Vietnam. And in fact I will
recommend Vietnam for place of holidays.
Once again, thanks and my best regards to all team.
Yours Faithfully,
Ms. Ana Mª Escribano

Maianh,
I want to thank you for
all your help. Our trip was magnificent and the services rendered to
us have been satisfactory and pleasing. Having Mr. Linh around was
very convenient. We find it so hard to make arrangements on our own,
even catching a cab was hard but with your help everything was smooth
and possible. It's been a real relief to have you assist us.
I'm glad we've choose to stay at the Majestic Hotel. It's a good hotel
and their management is very efficient. The very first day we arrive
there we weren't able to sleep because the river side room was too
noisy due to the road and river traffic. I called them the next
morning at 6:00 am and that very afternoon they move us to a junior
suite at no charge. They even gave us a very late check-out time at
6:00 pm on our last day. When my husband was ill due to stomach
indigestion, the restaurant manager actually had someone deliver his
breakfast to our room together with a pot of ginger tea which was
apparently good for the stomach. The Majestic Hotel may not be a
glamorous hotel like the newly built ones such as the Legend,
Renaissance and etc. But it definitely has its' beauty and to me it
has a lot of special qualities and characteristics that I'm sure a lot
of their guest felt the same way too.
Your recommendation to Shin Cafe was a great. My mother enjoyed the
trip to My Tho tremendously and I think we've seen more of Vietnam
than we could have on our own. We hope to make another trip to Vietnam
and next time we're sure to cover places like Hanoi, Hue and Ho Chi
Minh city.
Once again thank you and best regards,

Hi,
"I wanted to thank you
anyway for the great work.
You can be sure I will recommend you to everybody who is traveling
to Vietnam, in fact, I gave your email address to just about
everyone I met while I was traveling. The recommendations you gave
me were great (especially the Binh Minh Hotel in Hue! It was so
nice, the people so friendly, that I didn't want to leave at all)
The Anh Dao Hotel in Hanoi is really nice. The rooms that I stayed
in were very clean and spacious. They showed me to one of the
rooms in the back though after I came back from a tour, and to be
honest, I wouldn't have stayed in that one. But the rooms in the
front part are great and the people very nice and helpful. the
service is great.
The same is true for the Binh Minh. The room was so clean that you
almost felt bad to enter it because you might mess it up. I stayed
in 5* hotels before and the rooms weren't any cleaner. But what
really made it for this hotel were the staff. They were among the
nicest people I met in Vietnam and really made you feel at home. As
I said, I felt very sorry when I had to leave.
In hoi An I stayed at the Pho Hoi 2 by mistake and I actually didn't
find out until the second last day that I was at the
"wrong" hotel. I showed the taxi driver the address and he
brought me there and when I told the staff that I had a reservation
through Vietnamstay they seemed to know what I was talking about,
even though I was a bit confused by the address. So I can't really
tell you anything about the Pho Hoi 1.
the Pho Hoi 2 is a really nice hotel with a beautiful garden and a
restaurant right by the river but to be honest I think it has seen
better days. I think it was one of the first hotels in Hoi An and
you can see it. The ac units a older than in other hotels, so they were a bit noisy, the garden even though really nicely located,
looks like it needs a gardener. I seemed to be the only guest for
most of the time (I stayed 5 or 6 days). The staff are extremely
helpful and exceptionally nice, the rooms really clean and spacious,
but with all the new hotels that are being built or just finished
they will have a hard time, if they don't fix the place up a
bit. It would be a shame, if they lost customers because they
were so nice and because of the beautiful location and set up of the
hotel.
So, I hope this is enough information. If you have any more
questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will try and
answer more quickly then.
Thanks again for your great help. I have been traveling quite a bit
but I have never felt so relaxed before entering a new country for
the first time. I felt really well taken care of by your staff -
even though we only communicated by email! Thank you so much!

Hi Vietnamstay,
"We had a save return back home after 4
exciting & great weeks in your beautiful country. We appreciated
your reliable & prompt service very much. Pls forward our thanks
to whom it concerns.
They only aspect that lead to discussions was the number of beds
required. I may has a certain tradition in Vietnam that 2 kids sleep
in one bed. This is different from what we expect.
Nevertheless, we will recommend your service to our friends."

Hello,
Using
Vietnam stay can certainly made our trip to Hanoi go very smoothly.
We did not have to worry about location and negotiating with a
hotel. The Anh Dao hotel has exceeded our expectations the driver
was waiting at the airport, the room is spacious and clear, the breakfast is
wonderful and it is very conveniently, located for sightseeing
around Hanoi.
