Hello Mr. Tuyen Pham,
I promised to let you know what we thought of the trip to Vietnam and I should start by saying that Ray & I had a wonderful holiday and we loved Vietnam.
The service you provided in booking the itinerary was first class and you were very quick to respond to my emailed requests and queries. We felt very comfortable about our trip after we met you to confirm the itinerary and collect tickets and vouchers. We were very happy with the quality of the hotels and the locations were very good. The private tours were all excellent with safe drivers and first class guides. The train trips were all good experiences and good value. Vietnam has a special place in our hearts and the mountains in Sapa are so beautiful and would have to be one of our favourite places in the world.
Our experience with Vietnam Airlines was also excellent. We will recommend you,
VietnamStay and Vietnam Airlines to our friends and contacts.
Thank you for helping us to have a truly remarkable holiday in Vietnam. We will be back as we still have to see Halong Bay (which was cancelled because of typhoon Damrey) so we will do that on the way to China one day. I will contact you again when we are heading up that way. Thank you again.
Fond Regards,

Hi Van,
Please feel free to use this as a testimonial on your website.
I booked accommodation and our tour to Halong Bay online with VietnamStay from Australia before we left. While I sometimes feel it's
a risk booking travel over the internet I have no reservations in recommending
VietnamStay.
They were prompt, reliable, professional did everything they said they
would do and were generally a pleasure to deal with.
Halong Bay was amazing and Hanoi is a great Asian city.

Dear Thanh Binh,
We are now safe and sound back in Norway and would like to thank you so
much for all your help and assistance! We will recommend VietnamStay to all our family and friends. This was a premium solution for us. We
really appreciated your rapid response to our many requests!
We are used to arranging traveling ourselves, booking hotels as we go along, starting out with only the
international flight. We have done this on many occasions, also with children, three year ago in Costa Rica, and
seven years ago in Thailand and Malaysia.
When we decided on a more pre-booked solution this time, it was do to the
age of the children. They are now 8 and 11, and understand a lot more.
We wanted to show them on beforehand where we were going, what we where
to do - in more detail.
Booking everything, takes away some flexibility. But if planning is good,
it is a definite timesaver. On this trip we were very satisfied with the places we went to and the
length of each stay. We would have done some
minor adjustments, for instance shorten our stay in Halong Bay. We also
would have liked more time in HCMC. We thought this was just another big
and chaotic city, but after 30 days in Vietnam we were really up to it. We
went to several markets, the Cu Chi tunnels and Mekong, but we would have
liked to do a lot more. The war museum being one.
Of the two, we will always like Hanoi better. Here we spent many days,
but could easily spend more. Horison Hotel was a huge success, especially
their buffet dinner, which the children loved, and the wine buffet,
that the parents loved ;)
Hoi An Beach resort is our favorite spot. A very nice hotel, with a very nice and not to expensive restaurant. Hoi
An town has a very
nice atmosphere, and all the tailors - that was a lot of fun. We had
to buy a new large suitcase in order to get everything home.
We thank you so much for your flexibility in Nha Trang. I do not think
you should sell Bao Dai to anyone (and I know, you did warn us). The place
is worn down, the restaurant has no atmosphere. The beach was full of
litter, with a terrible view looking at container ships. Sunrise was the
opposite, a lot more expensive of course. It did not have the atmosphere
as Hoi An Beach resort, nor did it have a restaurant like Horison, but we
really enjoyed our days here, snorkeling and mud bath being our most memorable experiences.
In summary we are very fascinated by your wonderful country, not to mention all the wonderful people! Of all the places we have been so
lucky to see so far, Vietnam has a special place in our harts. We hope to
be back, and if we will, we will be in touch with you!
Again - thank you so much for all your help.
In case you have forgotten who we are, we attach a picture taken in
Sapa.
With best regards,

Mr Tran Tuan,
We really appreciate our tour in the North of Vietnam, and we'll keep it in mind for many years as a great memory.
During this tour we've seen some magnificent sceneries, in Sapa with the rice fields, in Tam Coc for the dry Halong
Bay. We've also discover the people's life in the mountains with the minorities, around and in Hanoi. This country is composed of different ethnics groups that have their own way of life, each one has a particularity and it's so interesting.
Our guide was really good, very interesting, very cultivated and his French was also very good.
You're travel agency is really competent and reliable.
I'll can only recommend it to all the people who want to travel in Vietnam.
I just added some comments on the feed back form to make the travel really
perfect. Thank you again for the time you spent to organise and modify our tour.
My writing is not so good in English... The next time I'll travel in Vietnam, I'll not hesitate to contact you again.

Dear Mr Tuyen Pham
We would be very happy for you to use our comments on your website. So many times people make mistakes by choosing the wrong travel company and we
were very lucky to have picked Vietnamstay first time and got it right and I wish
that others will do the same.
It is raining and 15 degrees C in Perth and I wish we were back in Vietnam!!
Best wishes and hope we will travel to Vietnam again one day and will only use your services,
Regards

Good Morning Mr Tuyen Pham
We have just arrived back in Australia and were very sorry to leave Vietnam, it is a very lovely country. I would like to say thank you for the
travel that you arranged for us, we were all very happy with your services, everything that you arranged for us was completely
trouble free, the accommodation you recommended in each case was perfect and in all but
one place we were upgraded to the next level.
Our trip to Sapa that you arranged was fantastic and the Bamboo was a very good choice, thank you. Our hotel at Hoi An was also an excellent
choice.
We would have no hesitation in dealing with you again as you were so very prompt and efficient and we appreciate that it would have been a lot
easier if we knew in advance where we were going but considering we only ever gave you a few days notice to arrange things and that you were in another
city, it went so smoothly even down to the airline tickets being delivered to our hotel. We will recommend you to anyone we know
traveling to Vietnam
and have already given your details to some people we know who had just
arrived in Hanoi as we were leaving (Mr & Mrs Handorf) so hope you hear from
them.
Our very best wishes to you and once again thank you very much for all your help and good advice.

To Whom It May Concern
My wife and I have just returned from a months holiday in Vietnam, starting in Saigon and finishing in Hanoi. All our hotels and flights were booked through VietnamStay.
May I assure anybody reading this that Vietnam Stay is a completely reliable company who gave us personal attention throughout our trip and even managed to make a few last minute 'in country" changes to our itinerary most smoothly.
All the hotels we used accepted their vouchers without any question and, in two cases, even upgraded us to Executive level rooms. Airline flights were booked accurately and everything was spot on time.
The courtesy and attentiveness of their staff is an experience in itself. They came to our hotel with the vouchers for the trip rather than us having to find their office in Saigon. In fact Andrew in the Saigon office even phoned to let us know that he would be 10 minutes late for one appointment rather than keep us waiting and uncertain. Vietnam is a place where good manners are still very much adhered to.
In Saigon we were going to pay in Travellers Cheques for our vouchers but some difficulty was encountered in cashing them. Although eventually we were able to VietnamStay were quite willing to let us have the vouchers and not pay until we reached the end of our trip in Hanoi had we not found a willing bank in Saigon. This attests to the firms honesty. Like many of you reading this we were rather doubtful about booking
Asian hotels on the internet. I can assure you that you can feel quite safe dealing with this company. We gave our credit card number pre departure for Vietnam as some of the hotels require it to hold reservations. However no debits have appeared on our card and we paid cash in full on arrival receiving vouchers in return.
I looked at other websites on the net and compared prices. Overall
VietnamStay prices were as good as anybody else. Not a lot less nor more expensive If they had have been much cheaper I would have suspected the company was = not genuine.
So, overall, you can rest easily if you book with VietnamStay and can be sure of excellent personal service. I commend it most
highly.

Dear Mr. Minh Tuan,
Just a quick note to thank your company and staff for the assistance we received in organising our trip to Vietnam recently.
Everything went according to plan and we enjoyed ourselves immensely.
We are now looking at returning to Vietnam in March of next year and would like to know how early you would require
bookings for hotels.
Thanks

Dear Ms Binh,
We have just returned home from a lovely holiday in Vietnam and would like to thank you for making the travel arrangements which all went very smoothly. We also enjoyed meeting you in Hanoi - particularly after all the correspondence by email prior to our departure! Vietnam is a place we have wanted to visit for some time and we enjoyed all the places we visited.
The holiday was to mark a special occasion, and we have very happy memories of our trip. Our only complaint was that it was too short! We now have to go back to work to save for another holiday!!!
Thanks again for your excellent service.

I just wanted to say a big "thank you" for all of your assistance in the planning of our Vietnam holiday. Vietnam is a fantastic destination and we found the people to be among the nicest in the world. Thank you once again for all of your assistance, your continual e-mails and your unfailing assistance.
