Thailand – Great news for all of us: beginning July 1, 2022, all international visitors to Thailand, whether vaccinated or unvaccinated/not completely vaccinated, will be welcomed. Within 72 hours of travel, foreign nationals must present proof of either a certificate of immunization or a negative RT-PCR or professional ATK test result. The Thailand Pass and Covid health insurance requirements were both abolished by the Thai government. In low-risk regions, uncrowded areas, and outdoors, wearing a face mask is no longer required. In busy and poorly ventilated settings such as public transportation, markets, and concert venues, face masks will still be essential.

As of July 1, 2022. There is no requirement for a PCR test prior to departure or a Rapid test upon arrival for fully vaccinated travelers.

A negative RT-PCR or professional ATK test results within 72 hours of travel for unvaccinated or partially vaccinated people. Travelers who are unvaccinated or not completely vaccinated will be randomly screened upon arrival and will be compelled to undergo a professional ATK test at the point of entry if they cannot present proof of a pre-arrival negative test.

When people are in low-risk locations, uncrowded areas, or outside, the Thai government allows them to go uncovered on a voluntary basis. In busy and poorly ventilated settings such as public transportation, markets, and concert venues, face masks will still be essential.

    Cambodia
There is no requirement for a PCR test prior to departure or a Rapid test upon arrival for fully vaccinated travelers. It is suggested that you get Covid Insurance and perform a self-rapid test.

Cambodia Visas-on-arrival should be reinstated for all international tourists arriving by air, land, or sea (guests may still apply for E-visa before arrival).

    Vietnam
Foreigners can go to Vietnam by air, land, canal, or land if they have COVID-19 treatment insurance with a minimum liability of $10,000.

Vietnam has also reinstated all visa policies that were in place prior to the outbreak. If a tourist is not from one of the 15 European countries (Belarus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Russia, and two Asian countries (Japan and South Korea), he or she can apply for an E-visa at: https://evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn/trang-chu-ttdt

    Laos
Laos will open all international borders to foreigners on May 9, 2022. At "international frontiers," visas on arrival are being restored.

There is no need for a Pre-departure or On-arrival test if you are completely vaccinated.
Those above the age of 12 who do not have a complete vaccination certificate must get a quick (ATK) COVID-19 certificate within 48 hours before departure. Laos will not conduct tests at airports or at international border crossings by road or water.

    Singapore
Pre-departure testing is no longer required for fully vaccinated immigrants to Singapore after April 26, 2022. Travelers are strongly advised to complete the online Singapore Arrival Card with Electronic Health Declaration up to 72 hours prior to their arrival in Singapore.

TraceTogether Mobile App must be installed and activated. Travelers who are 6 years old or younger this year, or who are unable to use a mobile device owing to a documented disability or special need, can pick up a TraceTogether token once they arrive in Singapore.

Foreign short-term visit pass travelers will get an e-Pass (i.e. Visit Pass) detailing the time of stay authorized upon clearance at Immigration via the email address specified in the SGAC. There will be no more stamping of passports.

In comparison to pre-pandemic conditions, visa requirements for Singapore have remained unchanged.

    Malaysia
Malaysia reopened its borders on April 1, 2022, allowing tourists who have been vaccinated against Covid-19 to enter without quarantine. All tests will be discontinued on May 1, 2022. Also, while insurance is no longer necessary, it is strongly advised.
