Day 01: Bangkok –
Ayutthaya – Uthai Thani (L)
Early
morning: Pick up passengers from various hotels in Bangkok and departure from
Bangkok by private minibus or coach for Ayutthaya, the former capital of
Thailand and a unique UNESCO Cultural World Heritage site. Exploring the island
of the ancient city of Ayutthaya experiencing the highlights of the historical
park by bicycle. Lunch at local restaurant. Continue by minibus or coach
for Uthai Thani, to go cruising along the Sakae-Krang River to absorb the
riverside lifestyle. Sakaekrang River still has a lot floating houses with their
gardens, an amazing sight. Then we check in at Uthai River Lake Resort. Time at
leisure and enjoy your own hotel activities: biking, kayaking, etc.

Day 02: Uthai Thani -
Lampang (B, L)

Early in the morning visit
local market see people selling them food on the road and continue to
Hub Phattad
Valley: access to this incredible “Mini
Garden of Eden” with
palm trees is through a cave. Continue to Sukhothai, a
UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Lunch at local restaurant.
After lunch, visit the famous ruins of Thailand’s first capital in the
historical Park by bicycle.
Here we see Wat Mahathat,
Wat Sra Sri,
Wat Si Sawai
and Wat Sri Chum. Proceed to Lampang.

Day 03: Lampang – Chiang Mai (B, L)

Your tour to visit
Wat Phra Kaew Don Tao, it contain the hair of the Lord Buddha, a
Burmese-style Mondop, an ancient Vihan housing a reclining Buddha and a museum
exhibiting ancient relics of the Lanna era. Then make a city tour in Lampang by
horse cart: go along the old streets of Lampang with beautiful old wooden
houses, stop to visit one of them, Baan Sao Nak
then continue to
Chiang Mai. Lunch at local restaurant. In afternoon, visit Handicraft
Villages, where you can watch the artisans at work: See, how lacquer-ware is
made, the spinning and weaving of Thai Silk and how paper umbrellas are painted.

Day 04: Chiang Mai (B,
L)
Breakfast will be served
at the hotel.
After breakfast,
transfer to visit elephant camp, watch the elephants taking timber in
the forest, you will be amazed by their strength and clever teamwork. (Oprtional:
Elephant riding 800.-Baht per pax). We continue to visit a typical orchid and
butterfly farm. Lunch at a local restaurant. After that we continue to
visit Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, is the most important and visible
landmark, and overlooks the city form its forested mountian backdrop.
The temple’s
pagoda contains holy Buddha relics, and attracts Buddhist pilgrims from all over
the world throughout the year.
In the evening, we take
you to “Night Bazaar” street shopping in chaing Mai.
The market has huge arcades which hold a multitude of shops and stalls. The
place is so packed that stalls actually spill over onto the footpaths around the
market.

Day 05: Chaing Mai (B,
L, D)

Your tour to go to
Chiang Mai Zoo, meet the most popular star of Chiang Mai Zoo, a couple of
panda Chuang-Chuang and Lin Hui giant pandas , the freindship Chinese
ambassador and many animals. Lunch at local restaurant. The afternoon at
leisure.In
the evening, indulge into an authentic Northern Thai Khantoke Dinner
including traditional shows and performances of hill tribe villagers.
