Ha Noi – Ha Long - Hoi An -
Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta

Day 1: Hanoi – Arrival (D)
You arrive in Hanoi – The official capital city. After relaxation, a
brief introduction about our green Hanoi by our tour guide with one round
Hoan Kiem lake (the lake of the Restored Sword), stop at Ngoc Son temple
then attending one hour Water Puppet shows at Thang Long theatre. Follow is
your dinner with one of Hanoi specialty of “Cha Ca” at Grill Fish restaurant
served in very Hanoi style. Back to your hotel for overnight.
Day 2: Ha Long Bay – the World heritage (B/L)
Starts at 8:30am, after approximately 3 hour and a half, you will arrive
at Halong, a World Heritage Area of outstanding natural beauty.. Embark on a
traditional style wooden junk around noon. Lunch with sea food served on
boat during cruising. With 4-hours boat trip, you are cruising around rocks,
islets, caves and grottos then visit to the Thien Cung & Dau Go caves - the
most beautiful among thousands caves. Disembark at around 4:00pm then drive
back to Hanoi for over night.
Day 3: Hanoi – Danang/Hoian (B/L)
A picture of Hanoi now and in the past presented by our tour guide. you
will visit to Van Mieu (our first national university), Hochiminh’s
Mausoleum, His House on Stilt, One Pillar Pagoda and Tran Quoc pagoda. Lunch
at local restaurant.
In the afternoon, we discover more of Hanoi with the visit to Ethnology
Museum of Vietnam or shopping in Old quarter. Transfer to Noibai airport for
flight to Danang.
Upon arrival, pick up and transfer to Hoian town 35km away. Overnight in
Hoian.
Day 4: Hoian – Red Bridge Cooking Class (B/-/D)
Morning half day visit Hoian town. The visit includes Japanese covered
bridge, some Chinese Assembly Halls, and some typical Vietnamese houses of
18 century. Light lunch at your own account.
13:30 Come to the Hai Scout Café at 98 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street to meet the
Chef. First, we will have a first lesson of buying typical Vietnamese
ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. After the market visit,
you board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along Hoi
An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. This is a chance to view local
river life. On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb and vegetable
garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known
dishes, which is the mix of Vietnam and Chinese cuisine. The cooking lesson
runs for about 2 hours – each dish is first demonstrated by the Red Bridge’s
chef, before you prepare the same dish ourselves. Included in the class is a
brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). After the
lesson, we sit down and eat exactly what we have cooked. Then our boat will
pick you up at Red Bridge School for a river cruise along Hoi An River back
to Hoi An Town. Overnight in Hoian.
Day 5: Hoian/Danang – Hochiminh (B/D)
Free for beach relaxation before flight to Hochiminh city. On arrival, you
will have a quick view of Hochiminh city with visit to Reunification Palace,
Notre Dame Cathedral and Ben Thanh Market. Overnight in Hochiminh. 
Day 6: Ho Chi Minh City– Vietnam Cookery Center (B/L/-)
In the morning, we will have the joined cooking lesson at Vietnam
Cookery Center with daily menu.
In the afternoon, discover more about our busiest city by visiting War
Museum, Thien Hau pagoda and Binh Tay market for shopping. Overnight in Ho
Chi Minh City.
Day 7: Ho Chi Minh City - My Tho - Can Tho Homestay (B/L/D)
Our car will pick up at your hotel in early morning. Upon arrival at My
Tho, cruising along small creek to Mekong River estuary, to Con Phung
(Phoenix Island) and stop over a garden restaurant at a local house for
Vietnamese lunch. The motorized boat cruise more along natural creeks and
quiet village in Ben Tre Province. Visit orchards, bee - keeping farm, taste
natural honey and honey wine, enjoy tropical fruit, traditional music, see
round a distillery, explore the local coconut candy production process,
taste candy & coconut pulp. Then transferring to Phung Hiep, Can Tho city
where you and local people prepare dinner and cultural exchange. Dinner and
Homestay.
Day 8: Can Tho - Ho Chi Minh City (B/L)
Early waking up for optional short biking or walking around villages and
visiting fruit garden. After breakfast, cruising along the small and
picturesque tributaries by rowing boat, we will see the Cai Rang floating
market (the nicest one with heaps of rowing boats). Take in the beautiful
scenery and the daily activities of the locals who lives along the Mekong
canals and you will roam through the village to visit a rice husking mill
factory. A chance to discover the daily life of Vietnamese people in Mekong
Delta. Disembark at Ninh Kieu quay then visit an ancient house in Binh Thuy
10 km from Cantho city and Cantho museum. Lunch at local restaurant on the
way back to Sai Gon via My Tho.
Day 9: Hochiminh – Departure (B)
Free time for shopping or optional visits before transferring to Noi Bai
airport for departure.
