    Mount Yen Tu, Quang Ninh

The Yen Tu Mount, which is located in the hilly region of North-Eastern Vietnam and is renowned as the birthplace of Zen Buddhism in Vietnam, is encircled by thick bamboo and pine woods. The route to Yen Tu is regarded as the road to inner calm and satisfaction because of its beautiful scenery and lengthy religious heritage. Take in the spectacular view of the Yen Tu National forest and enormous fluffy clouds as you rise to the mountain top, either on the tramway or by trekking. Feel your concerns melt away as you do so. There are several places of worship where people may go to pray and meditate, including the Truc Lam Yen Tu Zen Sect, which is considered the birthplace of Buddhism in Northern Vietnam, the Giai Oan Stream, Hoa Yen Pagoda, Hue Quang Tower, and Dong Pagoda.

    Ba Be Lake, Bac Kan

Ba Be Lake is a body of water that connects heaven and earth with its beautiful water and the beauty of its rocky mountains and moss-covered forests. For those looking for an off-the-beaten-path yoga vacation in Northeast Vietnam, Ba Ba Lake is a truly hidden gem. It has a tranquil natural setting and varied ethnic cultures. To experience the warmth and kindness of the inhabitants, visitors might opt to stay in one of the large Tay stilt houses located close to the lake. In addition to participating in some of the most tranquil yoga sessions, guests may sample local cuisine, sip aromatic rice wine, go canoeing, or go fishing for a change of scenery.

    Mai Chau, Hoa Binh

Only 139 kilometers from Hanoi lies Mai Chau, a remote region of ancient villages in a valley with stunning landscapes and divergent attractions. Mai Chau is charming and free-spirited on the winding lanes that surround the cliffs. Mai Chau offers an enchanting rural landscape that is ideal for yoga enthusiasts to visit and unwind in amongst emerald green fields and peaceful communities. But Mai Chau's natural beauty isn't the only draw for tourists; you can also discover here genuine low-cost lodgings managed by ethnic minority families that were established specifically to provide guests with a "homestay" experience, complete with regional food, rice wine, and dance. The accommodations here provide vast public areas as well as private rooms where you may sleep on a mat.

    Cat Ba Island, Quang Ninh

Beachside yoga in the morning. I'm done now. All office employees dream about the ultimate contemplative experience in their offices, and a trip to Cat Ba will provide them with all they want and more! The largest island in Halong Bay, Cat Ba, is covered in rugged forest, and despite a recent uptick in tourists, the island is still completely undeveloped and peaceful, with the welcome addition of lodgings at various price points. Cat Ba, which is renowned for its stunning white-sand beaches and serene atmosphere, is the ideal location for tourists wishing to unwind and relax while also taking the time to appreciate nature.

    Tuyen Lam Lake, Da Lat

Beginning in the first part of the 20th century, French colonists began to make Da Lat their preferred getaway location to escape the heat of the city. Da Lat, which boasts an alpine and lakeside summer vacation destination, enchants guests with majestic ancient hotels, vintage homes with beautiful gardens, and absolute tranquillity. Truc Lam Zen Monastery, one of Da Lat's most well-known tourist attractions, offers yogis a window into the background of Zen Buddhism as well as the road to enlightenment and inner serenity. The monastery is next to Tuyen Lam Lake, a lovely and unusually tranquil location for tourists looking for exquisite settings to lose themselves in.
