The Summary of Re-Opening
Thailand
Thailand is fully open and does not require testing, quarantine, masks, or insurance.
Vietnam
With no testing requirements, mask restrictions, or insurance requirements, Vietnam is completely open.
Cambodia
With no testing, testing requirements, mask restrictions, or insurance requirements, Cambodia is also completely open.
Laos
Laos has no restrictions on travel. Unvaccinated travelers just need to do a quick ATK test within 48 hours of departure to Laos, while those with vaccination certificates can enjoy entrance and travel conditions as pre-covid. Flights between Bangkok and Luang Prabang have also recently restarted on Lao Airlines, and on November 1 flights between Luang Prabang and Siem Reap are scheduled to do the same.
Myanmar
As of right present, travelers with vaccinations are welcome to enter and exit Myanmar with a PCR test. They have also brought back their eVisa program. Even while there is still political conflict, the nation's turmoil has largely subsided. We stay in regular communication with all of our vaccinated employees who are on the ground there.
