Detailed Itinerary

  • Day 1

    Phnom Penh – Arrival

     Upon arrival, meet and transfer airport to hotel. We starts the city sightseeing tour with visitt to the Royal Palace compound build in 1866 by the Predecessors of King Norodom, is the most conspicuous feature and also one of impressive colorful Khmer-style Palaces. Nearside the Royal Palace is Silver Pagoda (The Emerald Buddha temple), display plenty of Buddha Statues that were decorated and made by diamond, emerald, gold and silver, continuing visit to National Museum, the distinctive red building with a beautiful Khmer architecture was build since 1917 and contains more than 5000 art objects made of sandstone, bronze, silver, copper, wood and others. Travelers will proceed to visit Independence Monument which was constructed in 1954 after Cambodian took their country back from French colony.

     
    Then shopping at Toul Tompong Market (called Russian Market), so-named because of the prevalence of items from the Eastern Bloc in past times, the Russian Market today is a treasure trove for tourists, that you will feel a bustling daily life of local people with Cambodian’s special character through local specialties, their houses, their face.
     
    Overnight in Phnom Penh
  • Day 2

    Phnom Penh – Cyclo along the river & countryside (B/L)

     After breakfast, we will drive to riverfront where you will take a local ferry across the Tonle Sap River and cycle north along the far bank of the river. There will be a chance to visit a Chinese style Pagoda. Continue the ride by taking a ferry to cross to Koh Areyksath, where you will enjoy a gentle ride around this small Mekong Island with its fertile farmland and small village communities. En route, stopping at a school to learn a little about Cambodia’s school system, a typical modern Khmer Wat, and a silk weaving house to see how those lovely silk scarves are produced. Return back to Phnom Penh by private boat along Mekong River.

     
    Overnight in Phnom Penh
  • Day 3

    Phnom Penh – The Killing Field, Tuol Sleng & departure (B)

     In the morning, you will visit Toul Sleng, also called Prison S21 and Killing Field, 17 kilometer south of Phnom Penh and drive to the airport for your departure flight.

A. CANCELLATION POLICY:
The cancellation charges below refer to the non-transferable fee that is charged to the group member who has cancelled their tour:
  • More than 45 days before departure: No cancellation charge
  • Between 45 and 30 days before departure: 10% of total tour cost 
  • Between 30 days and 15 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost
  • Between 15 days and 7 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
  • Less than 7 days before departure: 90% of total tour cost
  • No-show at the airport on the day of arrival/departure: 100% of total tour cost
 
B. CHILDREN POLICY (land service only)
  • Child from 1- 4 yrs:  Free of charge if sharing bed with parents 
  • Child from 5 – 6 yrs: charge 30% of adult price if sharing existing bed(s) with parents
  • Child from 5 – 6 yrs: charge 50% of adult price if using extra bed/mattress in parents’ room
  • Child from 7 – 11 yrs: charge 75% of adult price if using extra bed/mattress in parents’ room
  • Child from 12 yrs up: pay as adult rate
